I want to put two finishing touches on it -- Phong's faceted hands and his Tudor bridge. Does anyone have any experience dealing with him? Is his initial price negotiable? I know he will deal on larger purchases, he offered me a watch a couple hundred less than he originally asked once. His son's ebay site carries the same products and often has best offer.
