ANSWER:

Johnnyboy is the origin of that deviant dictum. It is widely know that JB stutters and repeats himself. The more it happens the more excited he becomes and tends to repeat himself faster and faster.

So...that which goes in must also come out...ultimately culminates in physical dislocation and erotic termination; conclusive proof of origin of the deviant.

BTW...he is in counselling to help slow down the repetition cycle which should be good news for some ladies in the audience ;)
