FxrAndy Posted November 13, 2012 Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Thought so too, i would be interested to see what the winding coefecient is with the extra weight opposed to the counter weight, as the 2892 in original form suffers a bit from the large bearing in the middle decreasing the ossilating mass, hence the reason that omega on their version of the 2892 went for te smaller bearing thuse decreasing the non effectual weight in the middle of the mass and thus increasing the effect of the outer mass to make the movement wind automaticaly better. But Jochen know what he is doing, and he is doing stunning work!, all of his watches look better from the back than from the front A bit like the lady who cycles up my road alot, from the back you think Hmmmmmmm but from the front you relise that she is well over 60 But from the back she is still nice, and to think at that age with a figure like that ???? FxrAndy Posted November 13, 2012 Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Same issue with the weight though as it is the same rotor, i have never had an issue my self as i am fairly active, but i haeard of a couple of people who (one was an IWC gmt 2893-3 varient) where the wearer just did not move enough to wind it.
