Werlynne
I have just bought two Auto watches from Josh, the movements are: 1 x Asian 2813 Auto movement 21J Nickel Plated Decorated bridges and Rotor 1 x Decorated Nickel Plated Asia 21J Auto with Functioning power reserve I am in Manchester England, any suggestions on how to find someone to service them, every jeweller I see nowadays just sells and fits batterys!! Any advice about how best to keep these working reasonably would be appreciated. I plan on buying a watch winder to keep them going as I am useless at setting them once they are out of date. Many Thanks
FxrAndy
With the Asian 21j movement the cost of a service is double the cost of a new movement so with Those ones just wear and enjoy
permabull
IMO wear and enjoy them for now. If you find they're keepers, think about servicing them when they start showing signs of problems. Asian 21j are usually rock-solid and don't need any attention for a long time. Look around the forum for a watchsmith in your area. Forget the high street!
