PAM 111 Second Hand Fell Off

So today I accidentally dropped my watch onto the ground from about two feet up. I looked, and the running second hand fell off. This is the 111 V3 with the Asian movement. Is this a fairly simple fix? Or will I likely need some part that may have broken?

If you know how to remove and then reinsert the winding stem, it should be straightforward. Watch the paint on the hand when you pick it up with your tweezers since the rep hands can chip easily. Hopefully there is nothing wrong with the hand and it was just the fall.
