Probably about as close as you'll get, presently. Although, I've done plenty of special orders with these two guys--for products that they don't even have listed--you might be able to do one in rose-gold...

That's a pretty watch. Wonder if they'll do an asia 7750 version of the round chrono, which is another nice watch.
