irolexu
Hello fellow members I'm hoping someone can identify this case set. 5513 with all correct markings and very nice shape and good lug hole placement but unknown maker I have a 1570 going into it but I want to make sure it's suitable. lionsandtigers
By the looks of the rehaut and outer edge to fit the crystal on, this case is not compatible with gen parts. At least not a gen crystal. I wouldn't try to jam a 1570 in there.

Mapman57
Looks like the old style (Silix?) case for a 21j 2813 cheapie. Elements of this were also found on GMTs with a 6mm crown. But could be totally wrong on that Actually not a bad shape side elevation for a 60's 5513 type build? but totally incorrect bezel / case construction. Have you tried to place a 1570 in this case - I doubt it would fit and / or match up with a dial? Maybe someone will recognise that serial number. irolexu
If its not gen construction then I'm not worried about it thanks guys!!!
flex
its the older version 1675 rep...i have one as well. IIRC the dial opening is too large for any dials available on the market. the caseback does fit the gen 5513 mid case flex Edited January 5, 2013 by flex
