Uk Post Office Problem

hello does anyone know if uk post office have problem because

a friend of mine sent with register airmail package from uk

and the package never arrived to my eu country

why?

Like any mail delivery system things get lost, labels come off, stuff gets stolen etc etc. Could be any number of reasons that would be considered quite normal considering the number of items handles by the Royal Mail. And you don't know that the problem was in the UK. It might have left UK successfully but gone missing in the Greek airport?

There are different levels of Delivery, The UK International Signed For service doesnt actually track the package once it leaves the UK and things tend to go missing.. And unless otherwise stipulated it only has a £30 compensation limit.

ParcelForce however would be a different kettle of fish, you should be able to get several hundred pounds of compensation if its gone missing and they should be able to show you exactly where it stopped being tracked.

Never had a problem with Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Usually very reliable..........except when they go on strike!

As Mark suggests it could anything that's causing your delay. Give it another day or two.
