Help identify Sea Dweller Dubble Red Dial 1665

Hello fellows!  I have the oppertunity to buy this dial!

 

But i cannot se what version it is??

 

and it looks overpainted with red color?  and the F in 2000ft looks weird..

 

what you think guys? good ore not good? =)

the white you see on the red is a highlight on the bevel of the paint, but, from what I know, all gen red dials are actually over painted on white.

What about the F? in 2000  i cannot find a matching dial on http://www.doubleredseadweller.com/   hmm iam a lile bit confused...

is someone selling this dial as gen? I don't recall ever seeing an f like that on a gen dial. the either has the full bar crossing the stem, or its italic without the full bar, havent seen an example of this one, I would pass on it
