79090 bezel insert into 16610 bezel?

Does anyone know if the insert might fit?

I know the 79090 tudor sports a plexi crystal as opposed to the 16610 sapphire. But i've not seen the 76100 bezel insert go up for sale lately. And i was planning on using it to build this with my nipple dial:

Inserts are not interchangeable.

Easiest way to see:

 

Inserts with a plastic pearl that are for an acrylic 660ft/200m will not interchange with a metal cup pearl insert for a sapphire 1000ft/300m sub. .

All acrylic subs with crownguards use the same insert so you don't need to hold out for just a 76100.
