I'm getting the impression that mahand is getting dials in various diameters for some reason.  I have built several with older mahand dials and they were all 28mm and fit perfectly in my 2824 cases.  I am also not sure why the ingod dials are listed at 26.5mm as I have also used several of them and they also fit (or used to) cases meant for 28mm dials...
