Do you still have the insert that fell out? If so some Gorilla glue or epoxy will hold it in just fine. If it is lost then not much you can do except be on the lookout for a replacement crown.

Just use super glue!

a light epoxy should work fine if you still have the piece.  I think two part epoxies are appropriate in these cases.
