Vintage DWO

I am trying to source an open 6 & 9 dwo to no avail. I am thinking of just making one myself. Can anyone tell me what is best material to use as the dwo? I figure I can try my luck at printing one myself but just need a start. Thanks.

Hey fxrandy thanks for the reply, I actually found a file that jmb posted some time back that has the font that I like. I just don't have a clue on where to get a blank to print it on.

How thin does an overlay blank have to be?

I am planning to make some and the only one blank I have is 0.07mm, whereas if I were to make it of plastic sheets, it would be in the range of 0.15 mm.

so far I've just been busy designing the fonts, going to print them later.

On another topic one poster said the standard dwo on the carel watches was 0.004in. I don't know this for a fact but the thinner the better is what I've heard.
