I got a rolex expii noob version

And fell out of my hand and the 12 marker has fell

Can anyone tell who is the to fix it here in USA and even service the movement

Sorry to hear about the drop.  As mentioned above, our great member, and watch guy in the US, MD202 should be able to sort you out.  As to servicing, it depends on movement I guess.

 

As to the 12 indices, its a really simple fix with the right tools.

 

Invest in the RWG tool kit

Well now you have a watch and one of those old school games where you have to slide all the little metal balls around to make them in the holes expect now you do it with a 12oclock marker. lol

The more it bounces around inside the watch, the more it will scratch up your dial. I'd be reluctant to ship it if I were you, at least not before you open it up and get that marker out of there.
