ninjagaiden
Folks, I ordered a Hublot CF and a Sinn U1 JR orange from Josh a month ago today, and the watches have gone into a big hole in UK customs. Josh has been great about it, and advised waiting until the watches clear out. He says if they are to seize the watches, they would send a letter to that effect, and I haven't had a letter, so I am holding out for my orange Sinn in particular. Whilst waiting, I was looking for a similar high contrast dial with simple black hands and numerals, and came across this for £120 on Amazon, but with a rubber strap. It's not as clean and minimalist as the U1, but it should keep me going for a while, and the lume dial is quite fun. Then I starting looking at those Bulova Precisionists, and some of those are really nice too. Point is, if I can my U1 by now I would have been bathing in its orange glory instead of hankering after quartz watches I shall go back to being patient - God help me! ninjagaiden
Dad Gum. Just pulled the trigger on a Christopher Ward Makaira pro 500 which was 20% off on Ebay. At least it isn't a quartz! N
SSTEEL
Ouch, sorry to hear of the major delay with UK customs. Are you in the UK, or EU, and went with Triangular shipping via UK?

B3nj4min3
Rotten luck there mate. I'd recommend holding-out though that's easier said than done. I wouldn't get the Amazon watch. It won't really fulfil your desire for the Sinn and once you do eventually get the U1 you'll regret spending the £120 on the Momentum that you could've put towards your next rep.
