Rolex Challenge crown replacement

Hi All

 

Currently loving my new Rolex sea monster behemoth but a few things are nigglign me. The main one being the lack of a good crown, it looks like an Amstrad volume control from '81 and not like a testosterone control valve. Can anyone suggest how this might be possible to fix, custom made crown or a similar one modded?

What size is it, maybe an athaya 8mm one?

Yes, the crown looks pretty bad. The CGs could use some reshaping as well. You may have to wait for the next version & hope those things get corrected.

In the meantime, you might bring this to the seller's attention & see if he can pass the info on to the factory.

I am unsure of the actual dimensions of the crown itself but I would estimate 8-10mm. True enough Freddy, I amguessing there will be a new revision at some time, I am a great fan of the thing though, much like the Egi, it will be a bit niche so we will see how it works out.
