Is it a direct swap when changing asian unitas to ETA Unitas?

Will case clamps, dial, hands and stem fit the genuine ETA or do I have to buy other parts?

Hands

Stem

Case tabs and screws

Canon Pinion (this is a maybe)

Hour Wheel 

all keyless works parts and gears

 

Internal wheels under the bridges and jewels I do not believe are interchangeable.

I'm not an expert but doubt that the hands are always directly compatible.

I agree with Cats, ETA Cannon pinion is different to many Asian movements, so its hit and miss really.  You may need to broach in some cases.
