Absolutely hilarious! Looks like they've even teased up the hair around the neck of the dog to make it look more like a mane.

The first lion to lick someone's face rather than attack not to mention it pee's all wrong.

Gotta love their ingenuity but can't imagine this fooling anyone unless the visitors to the zoo don't know what a lion should look like.
