Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 44mm / GEN

Recommended Posts

First let me apologize for the photos, I am well aware they are not great, the lighting was terrible in the restaurant. I was at a dinner party last night and my buddy showed up with this on his wrist. So I geeked out and quickly took some shots.

What a beauty this is.  I would buy this from a TD in a heartbeat. When I looked it up, I couldn't believe the price tag.

It is so light weight my RG RC felt like a rock.

I haven't liked many of the selections that have come out in the last few years, reps that is. I never jumped on the diver bandwagon and most things are exactly what the TD's had in 2010

Think this gets made?

This is the next generation ROO, slated to be repped and offered at a TD close to you soon, from what I hear through the grapevine. ;)

The bigger dial and more "refined" dial gives it a different character as compared to the current generation of ROO.

I do prefer the bolder and more fancy dials of the current crop of ROOs, but hey, to each his own.

Nice watches, and wear them well, y'all. :)

Yeah the new 44mm gens are nice.

Pics on my phone are small - but is that a franken or gen RGRC? Date wheel looks in line w 2/4.

Thanks for sharing!

That is my RG RC rep the older version, still holds up as one of the best, also has no mods to it, although I want to get some I've been to lazy to part with it....

Puretime is also offering beside the Quartz an A7750 version of the AP ROO2 26400! Now waiting for the 26402 or the 26400 forged carbon!  B)

Yes I saw the A7750 26400 at Puretime.. that one looks to be rubbish. lol

I am pretty certain the "ultimate" versions would come strutting in soon, maybe around christmas? ;)
