matzaman Posted December 11, 2013 Report Share Posted December 11, 2013 Hi all, I got a PVD coated DSSD from trusty recently that stopped working. In hindsight I should have brought it to a watch smith but I sent it back registered. It looks like it made it to Guanzhou and the last updated in the system is 12/3. I don't think I have much recourse because the value for customs purposes was intentionally left low per Trusty's instructions. Should I write it off and try again? When you've decided its truly lost is when it will finally arrive, or Andrew will admit to getting it. I've gone thru that drill with Josh several times. My thinking is you're sending it back to a repair place and they (Josh and Andrew) don't have a clue when it really gets there. Be patient grasshopper. I will work out.
