garyb Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 Here you go Garyb, a Y serial w/o lugholes and the pointy 4 insert- a little later than the early Y serial w/ lugholes above All of this is around 2003 That's it. All the TC is missing is the stamped bracelet number on the inside of the bracelet, but no one can see that nor the engraving between the lugs on the wrist. I'm going to put an AR gen crystal on mine and mess it all up anyway, lol.
live1 Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 you can clearly see the dial has white hour marker dashes on the y serial gen.tc dosent have this or if it does its not bright enough
Erict719 Posted January 2, 2014 Author Report Posted January 2, 2014 m and y is different. Y have thicker hour, m is just brighter
live1 Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 exactly lol tc needs to use the correct dial for the correct y serial case
Erict719 Posted January 3, 2014 Author Report Posted January 3, 2014 I always think tc sub fits F series more then Y
fidhle007 Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 Someone get me a TC V6 and I'll do a comparison...
live1 Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 no the v5 and v6 is emulating the y serial.but his old subs with rehault engravings emulates v serial
indywatchguy Posted January 9, 2014 Report Posted January 9, 2014 Y Z X w v....who cares???? TC makes the best sub! Right????
Erict719 Posted January 9, 2014 Author Report Posted January 9, 2014 I agree.. used rolex always have replacement parts anyways. So who cares what series Lol
