flexibil29 Posted January 2, 2014 Report Posted January 2, 2014 I have an Omega Seamaster watch and inside is written 168.022 CB but the movement cal. is 565 automatic . It is my Omega watch authentic ? I want to sell this watch but I don't know what value .Thank you !
tmeschoc Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 A great timepiece, I don't know much about the wristwatch, but the movement is beautiful, anyway, it looks like a genuine to me.
Matrixmouse Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 Its original. Google the model number. Omegacentric has a good page with explanations over the different omega model numbers.
mstan83 Posted January 3, 2014 Report Posted January 3, 2014 As far as I'm aware the 168.022 number refers to the case/model number of the watch, the calibre number just refers to the movement used.
If you see Kay Posted January 4, 2014 Report Posted January 4, 2014 yes, authentic. I have a number of vintage Omegas, including the same caliber. Very common movement.

kanaik Posted January 18, 2014 Report Posted January 18, 2014 I'm no expert but the movements does look genuine to me. The reps I've seen often lack the details inside the movement.
Novum Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 Where do You get reps of vintage Models ? Never Seen one
If you see Kay Posted January 26, 2014 Report Posted January 26, 2014 the movement that the OP is showing is NOT a rep. It is a genuine movement, guys!!!!!
