hugop
There have been several different versions of stealth ceramics posted in the last week. I really like the look and last night seeing one of PBdad's creations spurred me on. I had a big crown ceramic no date in the works that I have repurposed now as a stealth. Here's a photo of the first mock up after shaving the crown guards and fitting a 8mm Aythaya crown/Tube. The bezel and case have been satin brushed and the insert is now stealthed out. When I finish final assembly and choose a strap I'll post up the results. Edited January 30, 2014 by hugop
hugop
As promised, here are more pics. I finished last night. Changed out the sapphire for a plexi-dome and added a freshly dressed leather NATO.
ant1
what is the size / source of the plexi on that badboy? looks great!
hugop
Same diameter as the Sternkreuz hw304 which is 30.35mm. I used a dome that I pulled from a Silex 6538 that I replaced with the proper height Sternkreuz. This is too tall for the Bond watch but I think it is cool here. Overall height is somewhere around 5mm. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
