Ok back home now. I stand by my guess that its a gen dial. Most likely D Serial. Roughly 2005-2006. Don't think lugholes are accurate for that era. Seafoam could be correct. Bit fat for a Sean case. ST case that's had the lugs drilled a bit and chamfered.

Rep case, gen dial, rep bezel assembly, gen insert, rep hands, gen bracelet. Almost correct build except dial.
