GMT Straps ....

Recommended Posts

Hello ...

I have a GMT with a blue/red bezel ... and the strap has exposed fine adjustments on the clasp

I notice than later watches ( not necessary GMT ) have straps with hidden fine adjustment holes

Would a GMT have ever had this strap ? I much prefer the hidden holes ....

Hi, You are just referring to different types of bracelets. You may purchase another and fit it to Your GMT if you want (as long as it´s the same size). Or You can get A NATO - this is from Paul Hewitt, costs just 10 euros.

no daylight pic, but You get the idea

The older GMT's all had the clasps with the exposed holes. It may be possible to fit a newer bracelet, but why would you? It isn't the correct bracelet for those models.

+1 this gentle man is correct. They are way easier to adjust too. At work and need an adjustment, just unbend a paper clip and you are good to go. The news one are a pain the ass and the only thing I like about them is the half link fold out fine adjustment.

I share the same sentiment ; if it isn't the right strap it should not be on there !

So I will leave as is ; I guess I was hoping that maybe there was some crossover

Perfect excuse to buy a gmt ii I think !!!
