Hello,

everyone knows all those pannys subs and seamasters, with some close to perfect reps. i wanted to ask if you know some underrated reps with excellent quality (i mean they're very close) AND where no one knows the gen anyway...

i'm thinking paul picot le plongeur, the IWC GST chrono or to some degree fm crazy hours.

any ideas?

And Hok, the GST is a fantastic watch,... just make sure you get the 7750b1..

the first version has a faulty 12hr sub brake.

An even better idea is to cruise Ebay and pick up some nice genuine unknown models.

Here's a photo of a LeJour Superman I picked up for about $100. It has a sweet 17j French automatic movement, recently overhauled, and keeps great time.

if a mans watch already says "superman", then by jesus, what do his undies say?
