Staying as is Doc, I was not able to get them to change/reopen original settlement as it was considered closed upon you getting back the $50. In addition I gather the seller was not going to do anything further and their options are limited, ban well not really ban worthy he sent 50 as told, what they gonna do. In hindsight you should not have accepted the offer put forth and stood your ground on returning , went to sales thread and went to war. That being said hindsight is 20/20 so what's done is done..................

That doesn't get me my money back but proofes that he won't be able to fool anyone else. At least not as user 007...

I know he got moved to the "No Sales" group - i take it he told the mods to get stuffed when they asked him to sort it out?

 I was pressing pretty hard and last I spoke to them they couldn't / or wouldn't go to war on it.  It would seem somebody decided to go back at it with him and he pissed them off .
