This one is for sale as Gen, I feel something fishy but don't know what.

I don't see anything wrong with it other than the pics aren't very good. Date change doesn't work so you've got a service problem to contend with and some repair parts. It's getting tougher to service the 1570 movements these days

Service dial and hands isn't a plus

But that 31 looks right

Those models aren't cheap these days, but maybe you could pick it up for less- $8-9K maybe
