I know in the BP (for example), the crystal gasket is a bit thicker, hence the retaining ring is a bit wider. As a result, on cannot use gen crystal gasket. live1 Posted July 6, 2014 Report Share Posted July 6, 2014 on my noob im using a gen crystal gasket.i suppose you can also use a gen gasket on the j12.i know people who has fitted a gen gasket on the bp aswell.i sanded my bp gasket to gen spec.because i could not rotate the bezel using gen gasket on that watch. live1 Posted July 7, 2014 Report Share Posted July 7, 2014 some people have posted that they used a gen gasket on the bp but my experienced modders could not get it to fit,so im not sure i believe the bp will take a gen gasket un modded.
