Gen Concord Watch identification

My wife just received a ~30 year old diamond-bezel Concord watch from a relative.

Based on the pics below, what model might this be? Also, I see that the case and bracelet is tarnished. Is this normal? Looks to me that's it was gold plated. Does gold plating tarnish??
