I´m up for buying a watch with roségold parts from PureTime and Angus, does anybody now about the quality?

It will be fine if you wear it randomly. All the gold plated watches will fade out in one year on the parts in contact with the wrist or scuffs if used daily.

To the OP: 

I have a Rose Gold Hublot for like a year now and the colours looks the same (or I don't see any difference).

Sidenote: I don't wear that watch daily, it's maybe once a week or once in two weeks on the wrist

I had one that I used daily for 6 months, and the rose gold on the clasp faded away. Same with the sides of the watch. This was 4 years ago. Maybe better quality now.

What about the new Blancpain Fifty Fathoms RG Black ? Angus said this is the best plating in the industry?
