panermaniac
Pretty cool looking What size is it? Why does it have 2 crowns?
Uberscreamer
I would absolutely flip if they actually repped this piece and did it properly! I have been a pretty big fan of the designs that Clerc does for a long time now, and though the Gens have not been super out of reach price-wise over the years, this new batch of designs seem to have gone up a bit more. @ Panermaniac>> The top crown is actually for rotating the external bezel, as the design makes for a more 'accurate' movement than using a regular ratcheting bezel design, or so they say. I think that it is a pretty neat design, and it is supposedly on a separate channel from the mechanism so that, unlike the crowns used for adjusting internal bezels like on the AP divers, this design actually allows for the crown and bezel to be operated underwater. The numerals and 20 minute counter on the bezel are also entirely lumed.
xpletiv
The hands are kinda cool, but why didn't they angle the '3' as the others? Details.
Hyjynx
The hands are kinda cool, but why didn't they angle the '3' as the others? Details. The cutout for the date window got in the way. And that's why the "3" is also narrower than the other Arabic indices. Totally makes sense to me. mrbobdobalina
Hope they rep this one... +1 The only thing that bugs me is the multi-date window. I know a lot of watches have it but I don't get it. If today is the 8th I can figure out that tomorrow will be the 9th without the watch showing me.
