panerowe
So I opened up my PO to clear some dust off the face, and when trying to put the crown back in, it doesn't stay in for the lack of a better description. It screws down just fine, but it's almost like the release button is stuck down, it doesn't connect with the gears and pulls out easily. Is there a fix? SSTEEL
Can you set the time, manual wind, and change the date? If not, you will probably find the keyless is screwed up, that means dial and hands off to reset it.
panerowe
Kinda sorta if I get it in the perfect position, but I can't replicate it easily.. Is it easy enough to follow along with a tutorial? Edited March 18, 2015 by panerowe
SSTEEL
If you have never done it before, its best left to someone who has, I have done hundreds, so its quite easy for me, the tutorials are about, and really helpful, if you do decide to undertake the job, ensure you have the right tools for everything otherwise you just might screw your watch up.
kernow
If it's the keyless works send it to a good watchsmith. If you're in the EU SSteel is a great member who can help you.
