bigtommy79
Hi All, I'd like some help / advice please. I recently bought a beautiful rose gold dual time power reserve replice. For a time it worked perfectly. Then the rotor fell off which was a simple fix to screw back on, then the rotor became a little stiff and the only method of winding was to hand wind. Now it won't wind at all...... When you try to wind it feels like there are some gears that are loose maybe. Can anyone tell me if this is a common problem with this type of watch. Who would be a good person / company to fix it for me? I'm in the London area and I'd love to get it working again. Even if I have to get a complete new movement I don't mind. Thanks all. panerai153
Why don't you contact Ssteel. He's in Finland, originally from the UK. Problem is the more complicated these movements, the more fragile they are and the less likely watch smiths will work on them. Also Domi in Germany as well. I have a question, as this is a pretty interesting watch. Is the second time zone settable like a GMT. or is it just tracking the main hands? bigtommy79
Hi, Thanks for that. I will contact Ssteel and Domi, see if they can help. To answer you question, yes the second time zone is settable, it works (or did) very well and keeps good time. Thanks Tom
