Jerry521
Hi All, I'm quite a newbie here, did a bit of research for which TD I should get a Rolex Submariner from. I know TC is the best amongst the TD out there for submariners, but considering the timing I wend for TT. Just received the Rolex Submariner 116610ln from Andrew, and quite happy with what I got. Just want to ask the expert opinion out there if this is a noob v5? as on Andrew's website the noob version has the same product code as this one. Thanks guys! si_jeff
Hi, I am a new member, sorry if I offer no help from you, as I am reading your post, what do you mean by TD and TT? is is Two Tone?
panerai153
Jerry, You have to remember you posted in the middle of the night in the USA, so give everyone a little time to get their first cup of coffee and read their morning paper. I would love to help, but I know nothing about contemporary subs. My interest in them stopped with the last open lug hole 16610.
droptopman
Same here. Do not know the new Subs very well. Rehaut is lined up at 12. Bezel insert appears to have the newer platinum paint, cyclops looks fairly centered, date is slightly left justified but decent. Looks like a nice watch. markiemark
TC has the "classic" aka 16610, you have the "modern" sub aka 116610 This looks to me as a Noob v5, and a nice sample too!
