irolexu Posted June 10, 2015 Report Share Posted June 10, 2015 Ok guys this is also posted in the PAM section but I just bought this panerai 005 at a very good price but I used my best knowledge on gauging this and you guys know how it is with these panerai replicas. They are just down right scary. Will a PAM expert please chime in and tell me if this is a gen or not and why? I commonly buy rolex but want to sharpen my Panerai eyes now for the pics!! Position of the CG pin is way off... so no, NOT gen imo... The position is not off according to the pics online of G series watches I have encountered. I have noticed on late models the pin is more center but looks to be the older generations had these crown guards.
