PAM GMT extra hand question

I bought a used PAM GMT rep from another member.  The time runs great.  I am guessing that the extra hand is suposed to be set to GMT and run with the hour hand, so I set it, but it is running way too slow, like 30 minutes to every hour.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is there an adjustment to fix this?

So after doing some reading I figured out that the issue is me, that the GMT is a 24 hour cycle not a 12.... Duhhhhhhh
