By-Tor Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 All 5 Rolex watches I checked looked genuine...including that GMT Master.
HauteHippie Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 I concur. Definitely genuine. Interesting first post, BTW.
DemocratNVA Posted December 30, 2006 Author Report Posted December 30, 2006 thanks guys. I was wanting to buy one of his watches but wanted to double check first.
section8 Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 Excuse my ignorance, but I thought that rolex didn't use an open font on 9s and 6s? I guess I'm wrong on this?
ubiquitous Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 Rolex used open 6/9's in their date fonts up until the mid 90's.
andresmuro Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 I suspect this sellers listings. Here is an example of one of his auctions, look at this, and then his other items by looking at his feedback. are his rolex watches legit or not? http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-SS-GMT-Master-QU...1QQcmdZViewItem the seller is a power seller with over 900 positive feedbacks from what appears to be legit buyers. I doubt that he is selling fakes. Andres
Pugwash Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 All 5 Rolex watches I checked looked genuine...including that GMT Master. His two-tone Daytona looked sweet, too. And I don't usually like two-tone watches.
