Ok guys I am happy to say that I have now had my "ultimate" PO for 9 months now and can report that it is an excellent watch. Until recently I was too scared to wear it in the water but I took it in the surf every day for a week on a recent holiday and it literally has not missed a beat. This milestone made me so happy I had to report to you guys. What a great watch

Cheers

SWEET!! yes the watch is lovely. But just to be sure.. I'd have it pressure tested and waterproofed when you get a chance. It definitely gives you peace of mind :)

Are the sides of the links on gen brushed or polished. Could never find a photo that confirmed polished. Also was supposed to be waterproofed from Josh but only seem to get about half a turn in on the crown when screwing tight and no sign of rubber gaskets anywhere. Any insights? Thanks!

Bought one, love it, and mine came with the metal bracelet (which is nice). Also got an extra rubber strap for it, and after swapping it out this weekend, I love it even more. I have to say, though, the lume on mine is really bad (and uneven). But I'll just swap the bezel, hands, and dial like everybody else. Has anybody had any experience with the Ult 42mm red gold version? I really want one, but I fear that the gold may wear off eventually.

So you like the rubber Strap over the metal? I am gonna order and have my finger on the trigger.

Ok... for all you Newer members that have just recently posted asking for a review... considered kind of bad etiquette...

If you knew how much hard work went into a review.. (SEVERAL HOURS) post like.. "yes.. please do an update review" would make your skin crawl...

On top of that.. why not start a new post on the topic asking about the new version.. Or better yet do some research.. there's quite a few post out there.. Simple use of the search button will render results. From what I understand it's exactly the same except for an updated dial logo.

Just ordered a 'no happy feet' version from Andrew. I think I've read recently that whilst this issue has been put right, there are a few issues else where. One of them being the spacing between the Omega word and logo.

I'll post some photos when I get it.

I guess for the UPO the pricing should be between 155$ to 200$ if you are talking about the brand Omega..i was browing the internet for Planet ocean watches and it seems some other brands manuacture this category as well.
