Don't take that risk to save a few bucks.I used to be extremely active in nationally competitive sports and I had a coach that wasn't afraid of me. I hated to wear eye protection and one day he said "put your hand over your eye" and I did. Then he said "now live the rest of your life like that".He made his point. Take it from someone who lives in the dark, it's not nice, don't risk it! Even the high end ones have the same chappy lenses.
