Puffy vintage non lume who can do it for me quickly ?

Ok fellas, I am looking for someone to do a puffy non luminescent lume job on my Comex dial. I have had it a few years now waiting to finish my project but just never had the time with other stuff and life in the way.. but now I have a fresh serviced 1520 NOS movement that's also been sitting in my box for a while, a HH 5514 case, Gen crown and tube, gen insert, Gen crystal, NOS t hands and I reeeeeaaaly want to assemble this lol.  I have acquired a few t dials that I have recovered the tritium from and crushed it fine to be mixed into the mix ( more for my mind than anything lol )  

I am back in Canada Next week and would like to send it out right away and really I don't care what the job cost if its done quick and right the first time.

 

any suggestions ?
