Lume on rolex dial

Hey, 

I have had a Dial for one of my builds sitting in my box for a while that needed lume. It was sent to someone for a lume job but it wasn't what i was looking for. Was wondering if you could relume the dial with an off white creamy puffy lume like a vintage rolex with no glow for this build ? I have a set of hands that i would like matched to it as well. 

If i manage to get some Tritium off an old dial is it possible to mix this into the application ?  I know this is a littler over the top but ive had it stuck in my head to do for a while on this one a and my lume skills are not so great.

Lume off of an old Tritium dial...that doesn't sound too safe!

It is possible but I don't like the idea of handling Tritium even if it is old.
