Bezel paint on Explorer II coming off.

About a month ago got my Noob black dial Explorer II - 42 A2836 and I´m very pleased with it, in fact I´m so pleased that I have ordered a gen but with white dial.

I have one problem though, the numeral paint on the bezel is coming off in some places and it seems to come of very easily too.

Is there anyone in Europe who does a good and lasting repaint. Or does a gen bezel fit the A2836 model?

I had the paint come off my Doxa bezel all the time. Clean it thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and paint black hobby paint over the numbers. When it's completely dry use a wood match stick to scrape the overpaint from around the numerals. Easy and fun to do. I used Testors black enamel.

I Got a Explorer II without any paint so followed a tutorial and painted in black with enamel paint, you gotta apply several layers letting them dry 1 day at least for each layer, tutorial its quite simple and no special tools needed but a microfiber to remove excess of paint and tape to protect crystal, hope you find someone to help you with.
