Finally have my 201A assembled

Just finally finished my 201A build. Quite pleased aside from I have to redo the black paint on the caseback and eventually get another CG as I'm not fond of this one.

The build is:

-Wolf reshaped 111 EL case to gen specs (this guy knows pre V cases well) with DSN crown and tube for pre V.

-DSN CG refinished (not happy with this)

-Matt C3 pre V spec crystal

-dial is the new Rolie 201A dial and hands

-Gen  swiss 6497 with cote de Geneve in the correct pattern for a Pre V and correct markings for early pre V 201A, brass hour wheel like gen and polished CP

-Jacob caseback with small serial

-gunny tan strap I've had for years, so buttery soft !

Great build, and it might just be the angle but it looks like the dial is tilted to the right a bit?

Hey, yea I just noticed that when you mentioned it. It's not as pronounced when looking directly at it, but at a slight angle I guess the parallax exaggerates the misalignment, however I'll have to take it apart and re align it lol I'm super anal! I must have done this when I swapped out the hour wheel yesterday and quickly reassembled it. ?

Also need to figure out a way to tone down the gloss given by the fresh lacquer on the dial. Apparently it will soften in its shiny ness in time like the original. But I'd like to push it along if I can ?
