Omega QC pics --> Wrong Watch! Now what?

Hi all,

 

Recently I purchased an Omega Dark Side Of The Moon watch.

What I like about this watch, are the small red details like "Speedmaster", the secondhand and strap stitches. On the page of the TD it is exactly displyed like this, it even shows some example QC pics with exactly these color details.

 

Today, I received my QC pics, but this watch is completely Black/White. This is not the watch I ordered (for the amount of 378 USD!)

I already sent my response to the TD, but just wondering what can happen in this case?

Anyone with similair experiences?

Wait a few days and if the reply is unsatisfactory then contact a mod via pm with the details.

They should replace it with the one that was requested in all honesty. Just wait for them to do so and if they fail to then contact a mod.
