What Tool To Use To Remove/put Back A Crown Tube On A Sub?

I want to do some CG work that requires removing the crown tube. I know rats tail file can remove it. What about putting it back? Thanks.

If it's a rep tube, you can use the file to screw it back in there, but use some kinda glue for waterproofing, or you can use a torx screwdriver, or I use the A/F tool that I bought on ebay. The rep tubes I've seen, don't have any grooves, so it's kinda like a friction fit. If you have a gen tube, you can buy the tools for installing the tubes at julesborel.com or ofrei.com. Don't forget to remove the inside o-rings first.
