InTime Rep Website

Brad Wiliams

Question

Hey all, Been a bit of a Stalker around here so I thought I'd just come on in.....

Soooooooo, Been reading about Reps cause I got the bug for an Explorer II. Saw "InTime" website here as a TD and made a CC purchase - 2x denied Visa. "Ryan" keeps telling me about the BitCoin and WU option with discounts. Makes me a little uncomfortable due to the nature of the transaction. I offered PayPal but the says cannot do for 1st transaction.

Lookinmg at the NOOB A2836 model as I've read it seems to be the best overall quality.

Have not seen any recent threads on InTime and thought I'd seek some input on the trust level at this point in time and the method of purchase.

Thanks!

Yes thanks John - I think because I ordered a watch from the same region in China and it came DHL express in 4 days time with no issues for $20 I expected faster. But.............I'm holding out thinking there is good reason.

I use voice to text allot via mobile and there are words that I've never heard in the English language that pop up on there and I often miss! What a hoot it is to read later....ha - grrrrrr.

BTW - Thanks for the support!

That great news.  I have been away from home with work so held off reordering until I knew I was about to receive a parcel. Back now so will be looking at options to try and order the watch I want some time next week. Looks like a successful outcome coming up.

Received my order - a full 3 weeks......but......like I said I received it!

Not sure if I may need to start a new post but had a concern over the white Explorer. The GMT hand is very thin and it is bent at an upwards angle and slightly canted. It's so high it looks as if it may scrape the hour hand as it passes. The clasp also has a deep gouge in the metal attachment underneath. I messaged Ryan and it stated the GMT hand may have been "hard set" - not sure what that means. Ryan advised they may look at it and see if that is the case but nothing can be done about the clasp. I asked if an exchange is possible and Ryan stated he could ask the factory.

So I'm contemplating what to do about the GMT hand. Reading on the Forum, it seems you cannot expect perfection with RW, but I have no experience. $30 shipping to return to chance a possible repair or exchange - sounds like no guarantee for either and who knows how long the watch will take to come back. I thought of a Jeweler to repair but the cost could be as much as shipping to Ryan and I feel odd bringing a RW in. I thought maybe I could do it myself but not familiar with that.

Anyone with comments or suggestions please chime in - it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like you should reach out and contact Ryan and get him on board at the same time?
