cosmic2000 Posted April 29, 2018 Report Posted April 29, 2018 Hello to allI have an eta7750 and a gen speedmaster dial with gen hands. I am looking for a case, either gen or aftermarket. If anyone knows a source where I can find one please let me know. The bay is full of 7750 cases but none fits the original 29.5 mm dial nor are they close to the shape of the original case.Has anyone of you ever applied a gen eta 7750 into a speedmaster watch bought from one of the trusted dealers, such as trustytime or intimewatches? They are all sold with A7750 movements but I am not sure if the A7750 and the gen eta7750 have the same dimensions. I have asked trusty but did not get a clear answer, such as "not sure" ...This could be a solution for my search for a case.By for now and thanks in advancecosmic 2000 Gesendet von meinem SM-N7505 mit Tapatalk
Sogeha Posted April 29, 2018 Report Posted April 29, 2018 An ETA 7750 and a clone 7750 are interchangeable. I’m guessing you have a dial with sub-dials at 6,9,12? Many clones are converted to 3,6,9. However if you are replacing movement and dial, that shouldn’t be an issue. I have seen a rep Speedmaster with 6,9,12 spacing but I’m damned if I can find it now. Okay damned I am then, I’ve just found one http://www.silix-prime.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=115_150_191&products_id=1696 Hope that helps
