SSTEEL Seamaster Chrono

Last year Micky built me a modded Seamaster Chrono. I had several of these both rep and gen so wanted something unique.

 

I had a rep that needed a service and a new crown and tube (original was stripped). It started off as a 2225.80 - a post 2008 blue Seamaster chronograph. I asked for Micky to spice it up a bit. He serviced the movement, fitted a new crown and tube then went to town modifying it. A Prof Steve 2xAR crystal and a black date wheel were installed.  The hands were coloured as per the new Omega Seamaster Chronographs and an orange P.O. bezel insert installed - because I wanted something different and it was to hand. The result was like this.

 

 

 

However today I found an insert lying around......

 

 

 

 

Just for shits and giggles. Not sure yet.

I like the new insert better, but eye of the beholder...
