jackflash
Stumbled across this alternative technique for wearing a NATO strap for an arguably cleaner look. Slip off the under-strap... ...align the the retainer with the buckle... ...slip the strap though retainer and buckle... ...fold the strap under the retainers. That's it. A nice alternative for a cleaner look...
marqtz
Looks more clean wearing. Thanks for sharing
jasonbaylee
I like this but I prefer that folded up near the lug. It is more rugged. Undeniably this is clean cut for a sharp image. "There are more than 1 road to Rome...."
daovto
I like, and often use this as an alternative especially on anything that has a bubble back or more generally already sits high on a NATO Of course there's also the more permanent removal of the underneath (short) piece and using the off cut to make a keeper for a RAF style strap. There is this good post over at WUS with a decent example and tutorial. It's as simple as it sounds though.https://forums.watchuseek.com/f222/making-1960s-style-nylon-strap-modern-style-g10-nato-strap-833573.html#/topics/833573Sent from my PH-1 using some kind of voodoo
